Nithin Mathew

& Human Resource Management
Mr. Nithin Mathew is an accomplished
professional with over a decade of diverse experience across retail management,
sports merchandising, and corporate relationship management. He currently
serves as an Assistant Professor, bringing a strong blend of industry expertise
and academic insight to the classroom.
Before entering academia, Mr. Nithin
worked with several reputed organizations in India and abroad. He began his
career as a Relationship Manager at Life Cell International Pvt. Ltd.,
Kannur, where he gained valuable experience in client engagement and
business development. He then spent two years with Sun and Sand Sports, UAE,
serving as Section In-Charge for Adidas, where he honed his leadership
and merchandising skills in an international retail environment.
He further advanced his career with Decathlon
Sports India, holding key positions such as Department Manager and Ship-from-Store
Leader across multiple locations including Mangalore, Chennai,
Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada. His dynamic leadership and
operational excellence contributed to enhanced store performance and customer
satisfaction.
Later, he served as Store Manager
at Reliance Trends, Kanhangad, for three years, where he successfully
managed store operations, sales strategy, and team development.
Mr. Nithin holds an MBA in
Marketing and Human Resource Management from LEAD College of Management,
Palakkad, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from SFS College, Nagpur.
His teaching approach emphasizes practical learning, integrating real-world
industry insights with academic theory to prepare students for the evolving
business lands
